H0 is the most important and widely spread scale for model railways. One can find the widest variety concerning houses, accessoires and vehicles.
Created in 1935, when "0", at the time the most important scale, had been divided. Therefor also the term "Halb-Null" (Half-Nil), abbreviated to H0. The correct measurement is 1:87.
